roof pitch

I've been back and forth on roof pitch recently (as shown in the illegible CAD):

30 seemed to flat (too much wall, not enough roof), 45 seemed like a waste of headroom
So i settled in on 37.5 with a 3ft headwall. Seems to work about right.
