Here is the initial CAD model of the frame. 16x16 insulated envelope with 4x16 uninsulated (for entrance/ storage/ in-or-outhouse). 2 ft roof overhang on all sides.

plus a bunch of 2x6 (for framing) and 2x 10 (for the base) and 1x12ish (for siding). More details to come
